At KW Kreations LLC, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom orders, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify, items must be:

In the same condition you received them (unworn, unused, with tags).

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at sales@kw-kreations.com to request a return. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Need something different? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
